We offer 20 campsites, 1 pool house/cottage, a glamping tent site and an awesome 1984 vintage UHaul camper!
Our Campsites
All of our campsites have a charcoal grill, firepit, Adirondack chairs and a picnic table to ensure room for all of your guests! All sites are a very generous size so this way you can bring the whole family! 4 guests are included in the purchase of a night stay here at Boulder Point. Extra guests are $27.50 per person, per night. There is plenty of room to park a car on our sites as well! We do only allow one car per site to avoid crowding, but we also have a lower parking lot where you can park your car for your entire stay for just $10.00! Whether you are coming here for relaxation, exploration, or some fun, we have it all! Quiet time of 9:00pm, 40 acres with small streams and trails to explore, Minnewaska State Park and Tillson Lake 8 miles from camp, Angry Orchard Cidery, Whitecliff Vineyard, Sam's Point Reserve, UFO Museum...the list can go on forever! Come and check it out for yourself!
Tent camping just got an upgrade...(Glamping!)
A luxurious style of tent camping with the benefits of nature all around you. This glamping tent provides a queen size serta memory foam mattress, a wood-stove, a loo, a solar shower, and a Honda solar generator with solar panels to power charging for electronic devices, lighting, and a fan! Also a grill, fire pits, and grilling accommodations are included.

5 Star beautiful guest house on a 40 acre estate. Outdoor living room with a wood fireplace. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of forest. Very romantic, high end getaway. Amenities: charcoal BBQ, mini fridge, full bath, microwave, wood fireplace, fire pit, single induction cook top, WiFi, and a smart tv. Firewood and fire bricks available for purchase.
Pool house is located 250 feet away from the main house. Miles of walking trails on the property. We supply coffee, milk & other complimentary drinks! The water is sulfur which is great for your skin and hair but smelly! We choose not to use chemicals to treat it but we supply bottled water.

This 1984 U-Haul vintage camper has SOLAR POWERED lights and is Ultra-Rare! Only 1700 of these campers were made and very few are left in existence. Sleeps 2. Can also accommodate another tent on site in case your friends and family want to experience it too! The site features a fire ring, picnic table, solar power lighting, BBQ grill, and the best of all, relaxation. It is a short walk to the bathrooms, hot showers, and camp store where you will find a water spigot and everything else camping!

Pet Friendly
Bring the little ones of the family along with you! We just ask you keep your dogs leashed at all times and clean up after them! We do have 4 border collies that have free roam of the property who are very friendly! $20.00 pet fee.

All of your needs in one place! Coffee, tea, charging station, and all things camping for sale!
Bathrooms
Hot showers and working toilets available for all campers. Located at the camp store.
Firewood
No outside firewood is allowed. We sell very large bundles for $10.

A grill is available at every campsite.
